THESIS:
Through this thesis,
a language (NetML) for describing computer networks and router configurations
has been created in XML. Files were created in XSLT to transform a configuration
described in NetML into a configuration for a Cisco or a Juniper router as
well as for the Zebra demon.

PROJECTS:
Geometry and Algebra 2:
Studied the
DES algorithm for encrypting. A program for imitating the algorithm
was produced.
Information Systems:
Created a model
of a C++ program, which contains a database, for managing European Union
counterpart funds given/repaid from/to the EU.
Computer Graphics:
Studied Adobe
Atmosphere, a program for creating explorable environments to be placed on
the web. A web site was created to illustrate the way it works.
Operating Systems:
Studied the
Chorus operating system.
Data Bases: |
Produced a web
site for the student evaluation forms based on Java/JavaScript which
allowed the students to fill in the forms through the internet.
Artificial Intelligence: |
Constructed
a simulation program for a robot which used a log-polar map to identify
obstacles and the best route to it’s destination. This simulation program
was created using the Matlab programming language.
Computer Systems:
Studied the
relationship between XML and Networking. Configured a Juniper router
to allow the forwarding of packets from a specific WAN to another (specific)
WAN for CASPUR.
WORKING EXPERIENCES:
Development of web pages for
a company and for personal use.
www.galloecf.com
This web site has been created
to give information regarding the company, the jobs it has done and the
jobs for which it is looking for candidates. Another section has been
created to manage the web site remotely. Through the use of ASP, forms have
been created to modify the contents of the dynamic pages (eg. Jobs).
www.bellog.it
This web
site has been created to give information of about my family. The type of
information contained has been left to the sub-page owner to decide.
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
Preparation of a series of autorun
cds, containing various European Union manuals, which will be distributed
to the EU financed projects in South Africa. The information has been structured
as a web site.
Creation of a small LAN.
